There are plenty of support services available, both nationally and locally to offer you support or advice on any of the issues covered by this website.
It can be hard to ask for support, but all of these lines have trained workers who are there to listen to you. You don't have to give your name or address when you ring, and they will keep the information private unless they are worried you are in immediate danger.
