- Not to be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
- The right to legal support.
- To be free to move, live and travel where you choose.
- To marry, separate, divorce who you can choose and start a family.
- To own a house or possessions.
- Freedom to have your own thoughts and ideas.
- The right to dignity, to develop your personality and feel secure in society.
- The right to respect, to be your own person and feel safe.
- The right to rest and leisure.
- The right to take part in your community and have a social life.
